Books Illustrated…just around the corner.

I’ve just discovered a little gem in my neighbourhood. Books Illustrated is run by Ann James and Ann Haddon and is a “centre celebrating Australian children’s literature, in particular picture books and their creators” (according to their website!)

A primary school teacher friend put me onto them and I look forward to visiting them in the near future. While “Liking” their Facebook page I was inspired by one of their posts to create this little fellow. I shall call him….Albert!
